This page explains how data submitted through the quote form is used. Before publishing the site, complete the data controller identification and contact information in the configuration.

1. Data controller

Thunderwrites. Legal identity, business address and controller contact details: to be completed before going live. Contact: contact@thunderwrites.com.

2. Information collected and purpose

We collect the information submitted in the form: name, email, company (optional), website type, reference concept (optional), estimated budget (optional) and message. We use this only to review and respond to your request, prepare a proposal if appropriate and follow up on that conversation.

3. Legal basis and retention

Submitting the form indicates your wish for us to respond to your request. Messages are kept on the server for the configured period of 90 days, unless legally required otherwise or you request deletion. Conservação: Expired enquiries are automatically removed during website visits, at most once every 24 hours; without visits, removal resumes on the next visit.

4. Recipients and security

The data is stored on the hosting server and, if notifications are enabled, may be emailed to the configured professional address. It is not sold. Hosting and email providers must be assessed by the data controller under the applicable agreements and safeguards.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data, as well as exercise any other rights under the GDPR, by contacting the data controller. You may also submit a complaint to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

6. Cookies and local preferences

The site uses a technical session cookie to protect the form, a language-preference cookie and browser local storage to save the selected visual theme. This version does not include advertising, analytics or marketing cookies.
